Shipping
Your order will be shipped as soon as it is fulfilled, typically within 48 hours. If ordering on a holiday or weekend, we try to fulfill by the next business day. Orders will ship via Canada Post or USPS. The day your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number.
We ship worldwide to most domestic and international addresses via Canada Post. Transit times are approximate and are estimated between Major Urban Centers. We are located on Vancouver Island and transit times are often longer than Canada Post's estimates.

If you choose Small Packet™ USA Air as your shipping method, there is no tracking number and the package is not insured. You will not receive a tracking number. While this service option is the least expensive, shipments can take longer than estimated due to higher than normal mail volumes experienced by both Canada Post and US Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost packages shipped via Small Packet USA Air.
International customers: Approximate transit times are as follows:

All customs fees, duties, VAT and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are estimates only and due to customs clearance in your country there may be delays in the delivery of your package.
